3.3 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 388w account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be resolved before closure is completed. Remaining eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard payment procedures.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 388w accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 388w does not apply currency conversion charges to PKR transactions.

4.4 Account Name Matching. The registered name on your 388w account must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions where a name mismatch is identified may be returned pending verification or declined.

5.3 Maximum Payout. 388w applies maximum single-transaction payout limits across all products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting section. Any winnings exceeding the applicable cap may be reduced to the stated maximum without further obligation.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the 388w platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each respective promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game restrictions.
